Online booking
Patients book themselves, straight into your diary.
Your patients choose a time that suits them, day or night, from your real availability. No double-bookings, no phone tag, and every booking lands in the diary your staff already use.
- In your logo, colours and wording
- On your own address, such as book.yourpractice.co.uk
- Confirmations, calendar invites and reminders sent for you
Which day in November?
Days with free times can be chosen.
For your patients
Booking in under a minute
Each step asks one simple question, with large buttons that work on any phone. Steps with only one answer are skipped.
Branch and appointment
Patients pick your branch, what they need (an eye test or a contact lens check, for example) and, if they like, which optician.
Month, day, then time
Only months and days with free times can be chosen, so nobody scrolls through full weeks.
Their details
Name, date of birth, email and mobile. Returning patients are matched to their record safely.
Confirmed
They see the booking straight away and get an email with a calendar invite and a link to change or cancel.
Which month?
Eye test at High Street.

For your practice
You decide what can be booked
Online booking follows the same rules as your diary, plus a few of its own, so it only ever offers times you're happy to give away.
- Choose which appointment types and opticians are bookable online
- Minimum notice, such as "no bookings within 2 hours"
- How far ahead patients can book
- A cut-off for changes and cancellations close to the appointment
- Buffers between appointments are respected automatically
- An email to the practice for each online booking, if you want one
Fewer no-shows
Every booking confirmed, every patient reminded
Patients get a confirmation in your branding with a calendar invite, a reminder the day before, and a link to change or cancel online, so a missed appointment becomes a free slot someone else can book.
- Emails sent from your own domain, so they're trusted and delivered
- Optional reminder texts, which never mention what the appointment is for
- Changes and cancellations update your diary instantly

Your brand, your address
It looks like your website, because it is
Add your logo, colours, font and a welcome message, and the booking pages and emails take them on. Use your own address, such as book.yourpractice.co.uk, with its own secure certificate set up for you, or link to it from your website.
- A readability check, so your colours work for everyone
- Your phone number on every page
- Emails from [email protected] once your domain is verified
Safe and fair for everyone
No double-bookings
Every booking is checked against the live diary at the moment it's made, so two people can never get the same time, whether they book online or by phone.
Protected against spam
Limits on how often anyone can book, checks that a real person is filling in the form, and an optional bot check from Cloudflare.
Patients' records stay right
An online booking never changes an existing patient's record. Anything that doesn't match exactly is flagged for your team to check.
Private by design
The booking pages never reveal whether someone is already your patient, and texts never say what the appointment is for.
Online booking is included in every plan
No extra fee per booking. Emails and texts use communication credits.
