How it works
Up and running in an afternoon.
There's nothing to install. Your practice gets its own secure space, a setup wizard asks for the essentials one step at a time, and your team can be booking patients the same day.
Getting started
Five steps from sign-up to your first online booking
We open your account
You get an email to choose your password and set up two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app on your phone.
The setup wizard
Your practice details, your branch, your opticians, opening hours and appointment types, one question at a time. Stop whenever you like; it picks up where you left off.
Bring your patients
Import your patient list and future appointments from a spreadsheet (CSV). Each row is checked, and anything that needs fixing is listed for you.
Invite your team
Add staff with the right role for each person. They choose their own passwords; you never need to know them.
Switch on online booking
Add your branding, link the booking page from your website or use your own address, and patients can start booking.
A day at the practice
What a working day looks like
Three patients book online from their phones. The bookings appear in the diary, and each gets a confirmation with a calendar invite.
Reception opens the diary: every optician side by side, alerts such as "needs step-free access" on each booking.
The first patient arrives and is marked as arrived. A walk-in is booked into a gap in a couple of clicks.
The eye test is marked attended, and the patient's next recall date is set automatically.
A patient calls to move their appointment. Reception moves it to a free time; it's checked so nobody is double-booked.
The practice manager sends this month's recall emails and texts in bulk, and prints letters for patients without email.
Tomorrow's patients get their reminders automatically. Anyone who can't make it cancels online, freeing the slot.
Everything about a patient, in one place
Find any patient in seconds

- Warnings about likely duplicates, and a way to merge them
- Documents such as referral letters, stored encrypted
- Each patient's contact preferences respected automatically
- Every opening of a record logged, for your peace of mind

Who does what
Everyone signs in as themselves, with two-factor authentication, and sees only what their role needs.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including plans and billing, staff accounts, and erasing a patient's data on request. |
| Practice admin | Setup (branches, opticians, appointment types, opening hours, branding), staff, recalls and data requests. |
| Staff | The diary, patient records and recalls: the day-to-day running of the practice. |
